What’s New in Structured: September 2026

,

AI that builds the first draft for you, partner profiles that build themselves, and more ways to reach every partner wherever they already work.

This release puts AI to work right where partner marketing tends to stall: the blank page, the partner blind spot, and the inbox. Partners now get an AI head start on every campaign, vendors get an automatically generated profile of every partner account, and both sides get new ways to actually reach each other, whether that’s inside Structured or in the tools partners already use to send. Here’s what’s new.

New AI-Powered Features

AI Campaign Builder

The blank page is the biggest reason campaigns don’t get built. AI Campaign Builder fixes that. A partner can start from a plain-language request, like ‘help me promote out new firewall bundle’ and in under a minute they’re looking at a real campaign draft, not a blank canvas.

Structured recommends up to three directions built entirely from your approved content: an email-focused option, a mixed email and social option, and a social-focused option. Partners preview each one, make AI-assisted text edits with full undo, attach or generate an audience, and launch when they’re ready. Nothing goes out that wasn’t already in your library, and any campaign you’ve marked unchangeable stays exactly as you built it.

Account Intelligence Profiles

Understanding your partners has always meant researching partners manually or hoping a partner fills out a form. Now Structured builds a business profile for every partner automatically, generated straight from that partner’s own public website. No manual research, no stale spreadsheet to maintain.

Each profile includes company size, product offerings, markets served, competitors, and more, with a confidence rating and a source link behind every value, so you know exactly where it came from. Profiles refresh automatically every 90 days, keeping your view of every partner current without anyone having to remember to update it. In future releases, vendors can use these profile attributes as filters in reports, giving vendors a clear view of which partner segments, by size, industry, and more, are performing best, and will have the ability to create and target content accordingly.

AI-Generated Partner Brand Kit

A partner’s logo, tone, and marketing context are now automatically scraped from their public website as part of their profile, ready to flow straight into AI-generated content and recommendations. Partners can review and edit what’s been populated, including their visual identity elements, voice, value proposition, product offerings, and more, so a partner’s first AI draft already looks and sounds like them instead of like generic vendor copy. Support for applying a partner’s primary and secondary brand colors into AI-generated content is coming in Q4.

Reach Partners, Wherever They Work

To-Partner Marketing Module

Vendors now have a simple way to email their own partner base, including program news, content updates, onboarding nudges, and more within the new To-Partner Marketing Module. To help draft communications to your partners, Structured surfaces and summarizes your top-performing campaigns across your network, suggests what to include, and hands you shareable content links so the email comes together in minutes, not hours.  Pre-built smart lists are already set up, including segments for all partner admins, users who never logged in, or partners who have gone quiet in the last 30 days.

The result is a faster, smarter way to reach your partners. Partners also get real signals on what’s working across your network, so they don’t have to guess which campaigns or content to run next.

MCP Enhancements

Last quarter, we introduced Structured’s native MCP server, giving partners a way to query Structured’s knowledge base and AI assistant right from Claude, ChatGPT, and the other tools they already work in. This month, we’ve extended access.

Structured’s MCP server now supports agent-to-agent connections, so your own internal AI assistant can call into Structured as one of its tools, pulling the same connected guidance and results your partners get, scoped to the right identity every time. It works alongside the direct-connect path already available to your team and partners, so whether it’s a user asking Claude a question or a partner asking your own agent for content, Structured returns the same grounded answer. We’ve also rolled out broader SSO support and security controls. Deeper enhancements are still coming soon. [Learn more]

Marketo Integration

Marketo joins Mailchimp and HubSpot as a supported marketing automation platform. Partners running emails via Marketo can now draft and send emails from Structured into their own Marketo instance, no rebuilding the email by hand. Partners can pick an audience, review, and schedule the email without ever leaving the Structured platform.

Mailchimp & HubSpot: Integrated Analytics

Opens, clicks, and engagement data for campaigns sent through Mailchimp and HubSpot now flow back into My Campaigns automatically, so you can see how an email performed without leaving Structured or logging into a second platform.

Self-Serve Brand Compliance

Logo & Badge Builder

Custom partner badges have always been a bottleneck. A partner needs a compliant, on-brand badge, so they email your marketing team and wait. Logo & Badge Builder puts self-serve customization in partners’ hands. Vendors publish badge templates once, including built-in conditional logic (e.g. certification and specialization badges), so every option a partner sees is one they’re actually entitled to. No off-brand badges, no compliance guesswork. Downloads are print and web ready, with transparency support built in.

More to Come

Every feature above exists because it makes partner collaboration faster, more personal, or more automatic, and that’s the standard we hold every release to.
