Ask a partner marketing manager how their partners actually send email, and the honest answer is often “I’m not entirely sure.” Partners may find emails in your content library, then download them and rebuild them by hand in MailChimp or HubSpot, the tools they already use to run their own marketing. Somewhere in that handoff, merge tags break, brand consistency slips, and the campaign performance disappears from view. That’s the real gap in partner marketing automation today: it isn’t that partners lack tools, it’s that the tools they use aren’t connected to the one your team manages. Structured’s integrations with email marketing platforms close that gap, so partners can send from the platforms they already use, and you can see what they executed in market.
Complete visibility into partner email performance

Most partner programs don’t have a technology problem, they have a process problem. In the past, when a partner wanted to send out an approved email, they’d cobrand it within Structured, download the HTML, and upload it into their own MailChimp or HubSpot account to send it to their lead lists. That step was where things went wrong. Personalization built with merge tags may have got flattened into generic text. Brand elements got edited, or dropped entirely. And once the email left Structured, there was no record of whether it went out, who received it, or how it performed. For the partner marketing manager trying to prove program ROI, that was a blind spot sitting right in the middle of the funnel. Structured’s MailChimp and HubSpot integrations close that gap.
How the integration works
Now partners can push approved emails directly into their own MailChimp, Marketo, or HubSpot account, no downloading or rebuilding required.
- A partner connects their MailChimp, Marketo, or HubSpot account once, from Settings > Integrations.
- They open an approved email in Structured and choose MailChimp, Marketo, or HubSpot as the send destination in the campaign stepper, right alongside sending on-platform.
- They select an existing MailChimp audience or HubSpot list, right from Structured, so the email goes straight to the right group of contacts.
- Structured maps merge tags automatically and creates a ready-to-send draft in the partner’s account.
- The partner schedules the send right from Structured, or finishes it in MailChimp, Marketo, or HubSpot, and the campaign appears back in My Campaigns, complete with a link to the original.
What it means for your partner program
For the channel manager running the program, the value shows up in four places.
Increased partner activation. You can see which partners are actively using the content you’ve loaded into Structured, versus rebuilding it elsewhere or skipping it altogether, so it’s clear who’s driving activation and who needs a nudge.
More brand control. Because the email still starts and gets approved in Structured, what goes out reflects your brands even when it’s sent from a partner-owned MailChimp, Marketo, or HubSpot account.
Centralized visibility. Every push creates a real campaign record in My Campaigns, and once a campaign sends, opens, clicks, and form submissions land in one interactions table right inside Structured, exportable as a full lead file or as campaign-level data. Instead of losing the thread the moment a partner downloads an asset, you can see what was sent, who engaged, and which emails are working and which aren’t, all without leaving Structured.
Simplified adoption. Partners connect their own MailChimp, Marketo or HubSpot account in a few clicks and keep using the marketing automation tools they already know. There’s no setup lift on your side and nothing new for partners to learn, which means less friction getting them to actually send your content to their leads instead of working around it.
A faster path from content creation to send
Partners get to skip the manual rebuild entirely, no more copy-pasting content and hoping the personalization survives. They keep sending from the tools they already use and pay for. Once connected, any approved email can go out in minutes, mapped, cobranded, and ready.
