Chief Executive Officer
Stacey is a seasoned SaaS executive with a proven track record of scaling iconic enterprise software companies through hypergrowth, IPOs, and billion-dollar acquisitions. At SuccessFactors, she helped grow the company from $10M ARR to a $3.5B SAP acquisition. As a founding team member at ServiceMax, she scaled the business from under $1M to a $1B GE exit. She later served as CEO of Zinc through its acquisition, then as CMO at Freshworks during its $1B IPO and at Veeva. A former collegiate athlete, Stacey approaches leadership with a team-first mentality and a focus on building high performing, diverse organizations.
Shane Edmonds
Chief Product & Technology Officer
Shane joined Structured in 2025 to lead product development and technology strategy. He previously served as Chief Technology Officer at FORTË, Aventri, Motionsoft, and Crunch Fitness. Throughout his career, Shane has led technology organizations serving several enterprise clients, including Dell, MasterCard, Coca-Cola, UFC Gyms, and YMCA.
Steve Abramson
Chief Financial Officer
Steve joined Structured in 2025 to lead financial strategy and operations. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Numerated and JUNO. Prior to that, Steve held several finance leadership roles, including VP, FP&A at Indigo, Senior Director of Global Finance & Accounting Operations at LogicNow, and Assurance Manager at BDO USA, LLP.
Julian Ward
Chief Customer Officer
Julian joined Structured in 2025 to lead customer success and experience strategy. He spent over 16 years at Stova (formerly Aventri), serving as Chief Product Officer, Chief of Staff, and Chief Customer Officer. Earlier in his career, Julian held senior consulting roles at Gartner and info’ Products UK.
Jordan Cassidy
VP of Marketing
Jordan Cassidy joined Structured in 2026 to lead marketing strategy, demand generation, brand, and go-to-market execution. She brings experience across SaaS, technology, manufacturing, and construction, with expertise in integrated campaigns, pipeline growth, and modern B2B marketing. Prior to Structured, Jordan built her career at isolved, advancing into senior marketing leadership while helping drive significant company growth.
