TRANSCRIPT
Thank you everyone so much for joining us today. This is our first platform deep dive that we’re doing for our customers. So we really wanted to take the time to show you what’s new on the tool since we launched back in February on the new AI native tool, what’s been already launched and what is coming so that you can see things that are in the roadmap and learn a little bit, from firsthand about some of the features that just came out that maybe you didn’t, know or get some exposure to yet.
So I’m here with Ben Somekh. He is our Senior Product Manager. And I am Jordan. I don’t think I introduced myself yet, VP of Marketing here at Structured. So we’re really excited to dive in. So here’s just a very high level of what we’re going to cover today.
So we’re going to look at what the tool looks like from the partner experience. So what all your partners can see and do, we’re going to look at the admin experience. So this is how you manage and configure the tool, what’s coming, all of those committed roadmap items. And then we want to hear your input.
Your input’s super important to us because it helps us prioritize what we’re building next and the things that are important to you and your partners are what really matter to us. So, Ben, I’ll toss it over to you and you can kick off some product demos. Sounds good.
Okay, let’s do it. Okay, so hello everybody. We’re going to go over today, the demo of the platform we’re going to do. We’re going to cover the partner experience and then, the second part will be the admin experience in the partner experience, just kind of broadly, we’re going to go through just to showcase the portal, right where your partners are going to first log in and explore the platform, the AI assistant, the content discovery, discovery and some editing, how they activate a campaign and then lead management.
So how they set up, how they have leads and manage their deals as well. And then that will cover the partner experience. Then we’ll go through the admin experience, your experience within the product, a few main things that we’re going to look there is it our new portal designer.
So the experience that your partner sees, right, their portal, the marketing site, you’re going to be able to build that. I’m going to show you a little bit about that. The AI agent builders. So there’s A lot more flexibility on, more power in how you set up the AI assistant.
I’m going to show you that. And then a little bit more, A, few more things as well. So before I switch to the platform, one quick caveat that I want to give you is that we’re going to go through a lot of things fast. So I’m going to encourage you to reach out to your CSMs, when you see something here that you’re like, oh, I want to learn more about it, I want to see it more.
I have questions about it very much encourage you to reach out. We’ll set up those demos, we’ll make sure that all your questions, all your inquiries are answered. So I want to give you that. But with that, I’m going to start and move into here.
I can see the time, so I’m going to be aware of time. But we’re going to start with the partner experience, like I said. And I’m going to take now the partner perspective. Right now what I’m showing you is the demo site that we have for our purposes.
This is a generic tenant code, is a generic vendor that we’re in. I’m a partner here, so I just, logged in, just landed. And here is where you set up their whole experience. Here is a partner. I come in, I have, obviously my hero section.
I can talk to the AI specifically here. There are certain things that I can do. Now you as a vendor might want to highlight different things. And then as the partner scrolls, obviously there is different sections, different things that you might want to emphasize. Showcase to them, whether it’s specific content that you want to navigate them to, or maybe there is resources that you want to export to them, showcase to them, and all those different ideas that can come out like that.
You want to set up your, platform, your portal with all of that is going to be something that you can build in the portal builder. So I’m just kind of teasing that for now. But this is just the way this one is particularly set up. Right. So that’s the main, homepage.
And then we’re going to go. I’m going to start here, but we’re going to go, just open the sidebar to the left here. We’re going to go through a few items in the sidebar that are kind of like the mainstays, structured AI in the product. We’re going to go through the content library, my campaigns, my assets, the lead management.
All of this is in one place. So partners can very easily navigate through these. But to start we are going to go through the AI assistant and there are two things that I want to show here. And before I want to show you that, I want to just clarify something or emphasize something.
One of the really powerful things with the AI assistant and the fact that you get partners or that you want your partners to start using it more and more is that any inquiry that I put in here goes into your reporting, meaning it’s visible to you so you know exactly what your partners are asking for, whether it’s content or information or anything else.
So this is a really powerful reporting tool on its own. Right? Observability that you can see. Exactly. You don’t need to guess what your partners are trying to do. So this is just one quick thing that I wanted to highlight to make sure that everybody’s aware of. But then the two use cases that I want to show here is one is informational and one is content searching.
So from the data that we have across all our customers, we can see that more than 50% of the inquiries that we get from partners that you get from partners are really informational. Meaning they’re not asking for like give me this specific email or give me this banner ad that I can add.
They’re asking for, I need resources to understand what is the product catalog or what is my partner plan, what are the different details of my partner plan. So with you being able to see what your partner asking for, then you can also see what the gaps are that you, the information that you don’t provide them.
And then the nice thing that we will see is that you can give the AI, that knowledge base so that the AI gives verifiable, concise and accurate information to your partners based on what you’re giving the AI. Right. So that’s a load of that.
Now let’s go, let’s test out one use case, which is, let’s call it information. All right, so I’m going to have a prepared question here because obviously the information that AI here is generic. So I kind of know what it has in the knowledge base.
So I just put in a question. The question is what features that a tenant co product offer for property management. So you can see here it’s not giving me content, it’s really answering my question. Like I have a question about how can I actually use some of the solutions that this vendor is giving me.
Right. So I asked this. The AI Assistant has a knowledge base that includes this Information, it’s giving me this. So this is how I can use this informational tool, as well. The other use case that you might be familiar with as well is like, let’s say I just want to activate, I want to market something, right?
So I’m going to say for our use case here, and as you can see, I ask it, it immediately goes into the AI, it does all that stuff and it, does it fairly quickly. What content should I use for cybersecurity? So it’s going to search the content library. So the content you already put, it’s going to search it. There are three campaigns that are relevant to me.
If I just want to activate assets, let’s say I just want to pick and choose. Maybe it’s a social post, maybe it’s like a landing page or a custom doc, it’s going to give me that and I can search that way as well. But as you can see, it gives me. And it searches across the title, the description, the content, the tags that are associated with all of these different assets, and it gives me what’s relevant to it.
So those are the two main use cases that I want to show here. Okay, so the next step I want to, Like I said, we’re going to move fast, right? So the next thing that I want to go through is to show you how, partners might be searching for information, searching for content.
And I want to. And they’re going to do this by either going to the content library, so this is where they go, and they can just search on their own, or obviously from the portal itself. You can get all these more curated views so that your partners don’t necessarily need to go immediately on content library.
If you already have a curated view for them, you can set it up, in the portal, just have them, you know, if they want to look at, you want them to look at ebooks, you know, they’re looking for that, or infographics or whatever it might be, you can direct them there. But let’s assume for our use case that I kind of know what I want to go to.
I’m going to go to content library itself. So when I go here, it’s going to give me all the different assets that are already added and I can look at, campaigns, collections, web, syndication, social posts, everything that I want to, I can look through the different filters that apply here.
Let’s say for our sake, I already know that I want to activate a campaign, so I’m going to choose a campaign and Enterprise Security is the one that I want to take. So clicking into Enterprise Security now is my chance as a partner to really assess is this relevant to me? Is this something that I want to take on?
So obviously this campaign is going to have information that you add here for your partner. It’s going to have a video or an image that showcases what this is about. There’s a guide maybe I can also see this is a campaign so it’s like a marketing journey.
It’s going to take 22 days, has nine, available assets. The vendor, the person that actually set up this campaign actually organized this by group. So I can see this is about enterprise security. This is threat protection. All of this, all this curated view you can do for your partners in a very streamlined way.
So I’m just going to kind of showing you the end product. But again as a partner I look into this. I have a workflow here for this campaign. So I have one email, then wait seven days, a social post, wait for five days so I can see the journey here. Seems good, Seems like it’s already managed for me.
I don’t need to do too much. I like that. Again it takes 22 days in total. I’m going to say I’m going to schedule that. So now I’m going to click schedule obviously does all the magic behind the scenes, activates the content, applies all the merch tags, personalization.
And now I’m going to go through a flow and it’s going to, I have a chance here to look at each piece of content, make sure it’s good for me. Social post, I can download it if I want. Actually I can actually download the campaign entirely if I don’t necessarily want to schedule it right now I can download the campaign but I can look at the social post.
I can look at any emails here and let’s say actually this one social post, I want to edit it. I want to show you this. I’m going to assume the audience for this is going to be actually Spanish speaking. So I want to show you how you can translate in social really quickly. So I’m going to hit translate here, click on Spanish, hit that and it’s already done that.
Amazing. I can’t verify if this is accurate or not, but I’m going to say let’s apply translation. So now I have a Spanish social post. That’s great. And then one other thing that I wanted to show you. I’ll show you somewhere else but so right here just go back to the campaign.
We have the campaign, we have the content. The next step is to add an audience. So there’s emails on social posts here. So with emails I’m going to add a mailing list that I have. This one is the one that I want to put in here. I can see everybody that associate with this mailing list.
This is already in my lead management. If I want to add a new mailing list at this point, I can do that. I can add a social account. I already have my LinkedIn account set up, so I’m going to do that. And then I want the automation at this point I just need to set up what time do I want all these things to go out?
Right. Because the days are already set up for me. It’s going to start on June and then it’s going to wait seven days. Right. So I’m just going to put here like a generic time just to get us across. But as you can see at this point, like you can if there are things that you want to check out, let’s say this final social post, not something that’s relevant to my prospect.
So I’m going to skip that. Right. So as a partner I have a lot of flexibility as what to do here. I can also say I don’t want to wait seven days. I want this social post and this email to go at the same time. So if I have control, if the tenant gave me control over this, I can do this kind of changing the workflow.
Okay, going to click next. I’m going to change the email here quickly so we can actually see it go out. Right. So it kind of recaps everything for me. Launch day duration 15 days because we removed some of the delays. Right.
Emails. I have two emails that are going out. 150, eight recipients. There’s one social account, four social posts. Okay, I like all of this. I’m going to launch this. So now it launched it and where it’s taking us now is my campaigns.
Right. So if I go back to the sidebar, right, we started at home, now we’re in my campaigns. And my campaigns is really where your partners manage all their social and email campaigns. Right. All the campaigns that are sending out, this is where they can manage all of this.
So if I go to scheduled, I can see I have like three, four that are scheduled here and I can see, let’s see, I’m a manager of like in the partner organization and I want to See, what my partners are doing across all my team, like what are we sending out?
We have this schedule here that shows me, okay, I have things, that are going out this week, things that are going out next week, right. I can see everything that’s going out. This is really useful for me to have observability, in terms of what my team is doing. But also if it’s just something that I want to see of, like what am I doing, I can see that as well.
So this really, this, my campaign space is much more than just a list of campaigns. It tells you exactly, what you have, what’s in setup and next actions that you need to take. The calendar itself, you can filter through this just like you can the content library if you want to organize it.
So a lot of different things here. So now last thing for, the partner experience is lead management. So we’re going to go into lead management and I want to recap for a second, right. So we started at the partner portal, right? We as a partner, I looked through the AI assistant.
I used it to find information about the solution. I searched for a campaign. I actually went to the content library, I activated a campaign and let’s assume I actually got leads and maybe I created deals based on that. So this will be my next natural step, right?
I can see all my leads here. I can see the deals I’ve created, I can see the companies. So if I’m doing like say account based marketing or sales, I can see what accounts I’m pursuing. So I might go to Meridian Collab Retail for example. I can see the activity here. I can see how many leads it has, how many deals it has.
Any revenue actually has no leads, but has two deals. I can dive into that. If I go back, I can see all my leads. A lot of information here that I can see about them. I can see the score if they’re fresh or not. If I go to a particular lead again, I can see all these different activity notes about it.
I can see any notes that maybe the team left about this lead or I left about it. So we can collaborate, or add specific information. I can see any deals that are associated with this. So as you can see, this is very robust. There’s a lot of different things that you can do here that your partners can do here.
And then the nice thing about this, right? And I’ll go to deals here, right? I’ll go even to this view. So you can see your partners can actually like see the flow, the funnel of their deals. The nice thing is that a lot of this information flows back to you as a tenant, so you can see what deals your partners are creating.
You can, sync it to your Salesforce as well if you’re using that. So, this is a lot of power here, both for your partners and then for you to actually see the roi, right? So that kind of recaps the partner experience. I’m going to take a breath for a second and also move us to the admin experience.
So just a second, bear with me. And I think we’re looking good on time. And the admin experience we’re going to see has a few things that I want to. Just a couple of things that I want to highlight. So we’ll go into that, and then I swear we’re going to move into another part as well, into getting your input as well and talking about the roadmap.
Okay, so the content library, or the admin experience. So where we are at right now, from an admin perspective is the content library. So this might look very familiar to you because this looks very similar to what the partner does. And this is by design, meaning that we want you, when you’re setting up the content library for your partners, we want you to kind of understand how they’re going to see it, right?
So you can organize everything here. You can see how they kind of are going to navigate through this. You can use the filters, the same way that the partners can use them. Obviously, you have your published content library and also you have your drafts. So you’re going to be able to see both of those views and your partners will only see the published items.
But this really gives you a sense of what your partners are doing, so you don’t need to make any guesses. So that’s the first thing. The next thing that I want to show you is like, if I go to a campaign, right? Let’s even go. Let’s go to the campaign that we just looked at, right?
So Enterprise Security, I’m going to go and I’m going to edit this. So you can see, if I go to the content here, you can see that everything is grouped, right? I actually made those groups. So I called the first one Enterprise Security. I give it a description, I added specific items here. So one way to think about it is that you can set up some sort of like a playbook for your partners when they’re actually looking at a campaign.
You can set it up any way you want. Maybe the first group is like, Nurture, or the second group, or the first group is probably like promote, and the other one is nurture, right. Capture or week one, week two, week three, whatever you want to call it, you have all this flexibility.
You can do this yourself, right? I can change all of this. Everything is, editable. So you can very quickly do all these different, things. And then you can set it up. You can set up the workflow the same way that your partners did that.
Right. So I’m not going to do that again, but just to show you the flexibility and how streamlined it is for you to also create this campaign. Right? So going back here, actually one thing, and I think we have time for a second is to. I wanted to show you also that we have our banner, Our new banner editor.
So you have the new banner editor, which is now you have an editor for images where you can customize images or banners, right? Any, any image type, you can now customize. So there’s various different things that you can do here. You can actually set up different layers. So your, if your partners are.
They’re using banner, that’s horizontal and vertical, you can package that up. So you can do a lot of things here as well. So if you’re interested to know more about this as well, feel free to ask for more information. Now to re. To close, this out, I want to go to the agent, and show you how you can build agents.
So when we started, right, one of the first thing that I did as a partner is I looked at, I, I spoke today. I assisted, right? I asked it an informational question. I asked, some questions about content. So you, on your, on the back end, you can set up those agents so they can have, different skills and different, guidelines for how to assist your partners.
Now we’re going to give you, when you onboard, we’re going to give you some agents. So you don’t need to do this from scratch, but you can, you know, create your custom agent. You can do whatever you want. But one thing to show you is that you can set this up. You can test the agent here. You can say that you want this agent available for partners, but maybe you can also make it available to you if you need help with anything or streamlined or test, something in the knowledge base, right?
And what you can do here with an agent is basically give it guidelines. That’s one of the most important things to make sure that it gives a concise, it gives accurate information. You can give it, skills so it can answer questions based on a knowledge base that you give it recommend asset.
It actually can navigate for the partner as well and then you can attach knowledge bases to it. Right. So to show you knowledge bases, you have a tab here, knowledge bases. You can basically give your AI, you can tell it to scrape certain websites so they have information from those public websites or you can tell it, or you can add files to it so it reads them and then gives information to the partner based on those.
So the AI won’t hallucinate, it won’t go and check out random websites and give answers to partners based on that. It will only have information based on what you provided it. And all of that again you can do in the AI agent. So very powerful, very flexible way for your partners to actually engage with this and for you to set this up.
So I think that concludes both the partner experience, the admin Experience. I hope this was illuminating. And again please feel free to ask more Questions, and to ask for more information from your CSM if you want to dive deeper into any of the elements here.
Cool. So Ben, we do have a question here. What do you call agents? So hold on one second. So what you call agents is search AI and recommendations AI but it can’t actually take actions correct like schedule an email. Scheduling an email.
It can’t do. That’s in our roadmap for Q3. So we’ll be able to schedule email and obvious. And also it can do if you go to an email and you want the AI to edit it there, where we have the create and edit AI right we have those features but in Q3 you’ll be able to go, the partner will be able to go in one flow, ask for tell it like I want to, you know, I want cybersecurity.
So I want to market a cybersecurity solution for mid market. The AI will look for particular campaigns or assets and we’ll schedule it for the partner recommend, mailing lists. We have that coming up in Q3 as well. Perfect.
Hopefully that helped answer that question. Cool. No, that’s a good question because it is coming up but it’s not in our slides. So it’s good that we’re highlighting that as well. Okay, so I’m going to go over now to the next section which is what is coming next.
And this is not exhaustive. So this is a few things that we just wanted to highlight. So one thing that we want to highlight is the advanced content Upload. So if you’re doing migration or if you have a lot of files that are not in the platform already but you want to bring them in, we now have advanced content upload and actually this is coming end of Q2, but it’s actually already available, so Structured AI.
So basically, if you have hundreds of files that you want to just upload and tag and edit at the same time, you can do that, bring that to, Structured, it’ll be available to you. And that goes hand in hand with our new Adobe Experience integration.
So if you’re using, Adobe as your DAM and you have approved files there or assets there now, you can use it to bring it to Structured. So that’s also coming at the end of this month, actually. Oh, and then, and then two other things.
The first one is a Salesforce. So now you as a tenant and your partners, both, both, users, you’re going to be able to bring in leads and deals and also sync them to your Salesforce. So bidirectional leads, deals. If you’re distributing leads to your, to your partners, you’re going to be able to.
Anything that your partners are doing will go back to your Salesforce as well. So there’s a lot of different use cases, a lot of workflow, a lot of stuff that is going to come out immediately with this also coming out at the end of month. And then finally is full campaign translation.
Right. So, I think a lot of people were asking about this as well. You know, you don’t need to go to one asset, translate it, go another asset, translate it, go to all that. So now you have a way where you can just do a full campaign translation. Whether you’re using a bespoke service to do the translation, that flow will handle that.
Or you want to use our translate AI. You can do that, you can verify translations are accurate, make any edits, and do all of that in one flow. So you don’t need to go back, out translate one thing, go back out translate another thing. Cool.
So that’s all we got, for what’s coming up next. And like I said, it’s not exhaustive, but a little taste of what we have in Structured AI that I thought will be good to highlight to people. Awesome. Thanks, Ben. Awesome. Okay. Back to you, Jordan.
Yep. So we would love your input on what things we do have coming and what things you’d love to see within the product. We have a very strong list of integrations in the pipeline and we would Love to hear directly from you.
So if you have anything that you want to ask in the chat, feel free. You can use this forum to do so or you can take it back to your csm. Like Ben had mentioned earlier in this call, more than happy to answer things live or, or have you work through some of those things with your CSMs too.
But we do have a poll question so Ben, can you pop up the screen again real quick? And then that poll question is up. So yes, this is just something that we do have in the roadmap that we’d love to get input on. I see we have a comment in the chat too.
Okay, very good. So a little bit of mix of everything. It looks not anything super, super drastic, a little bit of a mix. But thank you for taking the time to vote. It’s a healthy mix of HubSpot, Marketo and Pardot.
So that’s the good news is that we’re going to handle all of those. We’re just going to sequence them in a particular way. So it’s really good to understand, just from your perspective and from the data that we have in terms of what our partner is using. So we make sure we kind give them the most value as soon as possible.
All right, awesome. Well, we’re right at time there so I just wanted to say thank you again everyone who’s been, who joined today. We’ll definitely make this a regular cadence. We’re going to add these into our webinar plan on a quarterly basis for the most part.
But if there’s anything that’s like really big or necessary to convey through this format, we’ll, we’ll do them a little bit more frequently. But we did have a question earlier on if this is going to be sent out as an on demand version. Yes, it will. So be on the lookout in your emails and you can share this with other members, on your team or within the rest of your org.
So yeah, but thank you so much.
